What to expect, and what we ask of you.
All prices are subject to change. Every head of hair is different and I cannot tell what it truly needs and can handle until I see it with my own eyes and feel it with my hands.
First-time guests booking anything more than a cut will pay a deposit to hold your spot. My time is valuable and I must ensure that I will be paid in the event that a guest does not value my time.
Additional charges will apply in the scenario of late cancellations and no-call, no-shows. If you book a service I will be paid for said service.

- We hold your slot for 15 minutes past your start time.
- Not turning up
- 60% of the service.
- Cancelling late
- Free before that, then within 1 day, 40% of the service; within 2 hours, 50% of the service; within none, 30% of the service.
